Two fundraisers on one team page, built for travel baseball. No product to sell, nothing to deliver, and the money comes in before spring fees are due.

Season Squares

$10,000 board

100 squares at $100. Fans claim one once and it's theirs all season. The board runs on your own team's box score, runs by hits, with new numbers every game.

The matching square scores each game and the leaderboard updates after the last out.
Top 3 win season prizes: 7%, 5% and 2% of squares sold, so you never pay out more than you took in.

Sponsor a Player

$25 · $50 · $100

Every kid gets his own page and his own short link. Families send it to grandparents, aunts, uncles and neighbors, and the money goes straight to the team.

Each link shows up in a text as a branded "Sponsor [player]" card.
Sponsors can leave him a shout-out on his page, or give anonymously.
Paid on the spot by Venmo or Zelle. The payment note is written for them.

$300per team, whole season, both programs. Setup, your logo and colors, player links, a business sponsor wall, a coach dashboard and support all season.

The date, the venue, how many people, and what you want the day to feel like. A short form or a quick call covers it.
I build your event app
Your logo, your colors, your schedule, your sponsors, and only the features you chose. You see it and try it before anyone else does.
Guests scan a code
A QR code on the tables or the carts opens the app in the phone's browser. There is no download and no account to create.
Run the day from your phone
Put the leaderboard, a raffle winner or a photo slideshow on the big screen with one tap, and send announcements as you go.

The story

It started at a memorial golf outing.

JMS stands for Joseph M. Sweeney. Every summer our family runs a golf outing in his name, built around the idea of people helping people.

For the 12th annual outing I built an app so every group could post scores from the course and watch the leaderboard move. Raffle winners went up as they were called. Photos came in all day.

By the end of the night, other organizers were asking who made it.
